Do we need a technical person in our company?
Day 1 is for everyone — anyone who writes emails or manages processes can participate. Day 2 is where the working system is built and needs someone who can read code. If you don’t have a technical person, we provide an engineer for the build — you bring the business questions, we handle the build.
What if we don't have documents or data ready?
We scope before we teach. Every engagement starts with a free scoping call where we review what you already have. If you’re not ready, we’ll tell you during the scoping call and advise what to prepare first — we won’t take your money for a workshop that can’t ship a working build.
Is this compliant with Malaysian data laws?
Yes. We use on-premise or Malaysia-region cloud deployments, and open-source models that can stay on your own servers. Your customer data never leaves your control. For most SMEs, keeping data in-house is the deciding factor when adopting AI — we design every build around that from day one.
How much does it cost?
The Team Workshop is RM 14,800 for up to 15 people, delivered in-house across Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor). That’s less than one month of a senior admin salary — and the working AI system your team ships is yours to keep. Remote delivery is also available.
